Cancellation Policy
The agency takes the following position on late notices, intent to cancel and cancellation notices received on direct bill, agency bill or premium financed policies:
1. When we receive the first notice from the insurance company we will attempt to make one courtesy contact with our client by Fax, Phone or U.S. Mail to make the required payment.
2. Upon receipt of a second notice from the insurance company, the same procedure as described above will be followed, but notice will also be given that, if a third notice is issued and the policy does cancel, no reinstatement will be made unless the remaining annual premium is paid in full.
3. Upon receipt of a third notice from the insurance company, we will make one courtesy contact with our client to make payment. Should the policy cancel, reinstatement will be offered only with payment in full of the remaining premium.
In the event three (3) non-payment notices are issued during the policy period, renewals will only be offerred with full payment of the annual premium.
Please be advised that this service is provided as a courtesy to our valued clients and in no way releases the client of their financial obligations to the insurer. Please make sure your payments are received by their due dates.
